Reservations must be received 3 days prior to the first day of skiing and the reservation must be for at least two consecutive days to receive a 10% discount.

SKI RESERVATION POLICIES

Reservations
When calling for reservations, your credit card will be charged for the first day for each person listed in the reservation page. Please be sure to include yourself if you will be skiing or snowboarding (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). Reservations must be received 3 days prior to the first day of skiing and the reservation must be for at least two consecutive days to receive a 10% discount. We cannot accept half day reservations.

Cancellations
Because we operate in a resort area without many "walk-ins" (as in a large city), it is important that you understand that by confirming your reservation with us, we are obligated to hold your equipment, and you are obligated to rent the equipment for the number of days promised. Please note that by reserving your equipment we turn other people away, and therefore if you cancel your reservation we may not have another opportunity to rent your equipment. Consequently, if you do cancel your reservation more than 6 days before your arrival date, 80% of the credit card amount will be returned to you (you will be charged a minimum of $10). For cancellations within 6 days of your arrival date (or 10 days for a group), you will forfeit your entire credit card amount.

Group Rates
For parties of 20 or more, you must call our Reservation Desk at 1-800-843-7547 to receive the special rates. There is a two day minimum to receive the group rates, except for a three day minimum from December 25 – 31 and from March 10 – 24.

Equipment not Returned
Equipment not returned to the shop will be charged to you at replacement cost.
