Private Waters - 1/2 day or 3/4 guided trip rate + $100.00/ rod fee per person
Our experienced guides have spent over five years fishing and guiding in the area, bringing deep local knowledge and a passion for the water. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced angler seeking prime fishing spots, our team is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience tailored to your age and skill level.
Depending on seasonal conditions and what's fishing best, your trip may take you to some of Northern New Mexico's most beautiful waters, including the Red River, Rio Costilla, Rio Grande, Cimarron River, or Eagle Nest Lake. We also offer exclusive access to a private high-mountain lake and a secluded private pond in a peaceful, uncrowded setting. For those looking to expand their experience, we provide access to private water in Colorado, offering additional opportunities to fish pristine, lightly pressured waters with excellent trout populations.
You'll have the opportunity to catch a variety of species, including Rainbow, Brown, Brook, and the native Rio Grande Cutthroat Trout.
Each trip accommodates up to three guests per guide. For larger groups, additional guides can be arranged. We welcome all ages and pride ourselves on being family-friendly, while also recognizing that very young children may require more one-on-one attention from your guide.
Please note that guests will follow their guide in their own vehicle to the fishing location, which may be up to 1.5 hours away depending on conditions and destination.
A valid New Mexico fishing license is required and can conveniently be purchased at our shop. Your guide will contact you the evening prior to your trip to coordinate all final details.
